Make it a server. It's the same reason Badspot turned AoT from hosting to central server: If there's 60 people hosting, no one is playing in it. No stats are kept the same between servers, problems like that. Really, this sounds terrible. You're picking out the little aspects that no one cares about and trying to make them sound the best... Which really makes this sounds depressing you're so excited about such aspects...
