Help with Ded server + Hamachi

Author Topic: Help with Ded server + Hamachi  (Read 1412 times)

I don't know how to port forward, so I usually use Hamachi to host my Terraria and Minecraft server. Here's my console log...
Notice the first part where it says there was more Devices... Can anyone help?

you could try using UPnP instead of hamachi

I don't know how to port forward... .-. Plus I can't get the password or user AND dad won't reset it. Sorry bad for me. Plus I don't know how to use that

You don't need to port forward for UPnP

Also, using Hamachi, host a LAN game, then have people in your Hamachi network join by using "Query LAN" or connecting by IP address.

Using UPnP[/u]
>Start Blockland
>Options
>Network
>Make sure "Disable UPnP" is unticked
>Start internet game

and make sure you haven't port forwarded while using UPnP :D
and if it doesn't work, you'll need to enable it in your router i think

Blockland doesn't allow you to host internet games with Hamachi.
Either port forward, enable UPnP, or you can't host.

Using UPnP[/u]
>Start Blockland
>Options
>Network
>Make sure "Disable UPnP" is unticked
>Start internet game
You have to enable something in the router too

Blockland doesn't allow you to host internet games with Hamachi.
Nothing lets you host internet game with Hamachi. Hamachi does not put the internet into your VPN, that would defeat the purpose of a VPN.

Blah. You know what I meant.
Either way, Hamachi doesn't work for Blockland.

It does with LAN.

On a LAN server, only the host needs to have a valid key. Anyone else can join freely without a key. Badspot did this on purpose.
Because of this, Badspot also made Hamachi not work, otherwise people would just use Hamachi and play the game free.

No, it does not work.

Hamachi is a way you play games multiplayer for free. Other games allow Hamachi, but not Blockland.
