You're trying to exact revenge on this guy because he forgeted your girlfriend and you didn't.

Getting him thrown in jail isn't exactly the "coolest" way to do it.  Rather it makes you look like a pusillanimous individual whipped bitch who wanted to get revenge without getting a single scratch.  Unfortunately this will result in everyone that is your age hating you for a very long time and very few people will trust you for anything because they think you will report them or some stuff.
