I think I just formatted my Windows installation.
What do I do? I think I have the CD, but it's lost. oh my god what do i do

Start up the BIOS, there is some option somewhere that lets you do stuff.

Windows is completely gone. ;.;

That is why I never installed Ubuntu. Hope you learned a future lesson on downloading softwares and stuffs

Find your windows disk.

Its nothing to do with Ubuntu.

The OP is inexperienced and must have completely screwed up at the partition dialogue. You have to manually resize and setup a partition scheme, by default most Linux systems recommend a setup that clears everything.

On the bright side at least thats 50GB of brony research deleted from the universe.

How did you even ignore the info area where it says "Windows is currently installed on this machine. What would you like to do next?'
And confirm to install ubuntu with windows?
Meh, your screwed man. Last thing you can do is reinstall windows once you find the disc.

Goodnight, sweet prince.

loving reinstalling. I have questions.

1. I own the disk and stuff for WinXP. Is it legal to download it and if so, how do I install it?

2. It's a fresh install. I need apps. (suggest them after I reninstall)

I've installed it twice before. I really don't know what happened.
Also, I'm strongly against shipping and rule 34 etc. for MLP/anything
