Script please?

you know the TF2 medic gun that hurts Foes and heals the player? (gonna call this 1)
and the TF2 Ubercharge healing gun (i don't play TF2 so idk what its called) (gonna call this 2)

can i get the script of 1 with the emitter of 2 so that instead of shooting needles it looks like health is getting sucked out of the FOE?

I have no idea what im asking so please excuse my stupidity.
I just made a module and i want it to work in that way
