Hi, my name is Caden and a while back i got blockland.........and i've recently moved and during the move i lost my key
My mom's email also changed.........and i've been wanting to play blockland. So if anyone knows a number i can call or something i can do to get my key back it would help out a lot.


So if anyone can help me that would be great

Not to be mean or anything but you're probably screwed I've seen like 50 of these topics and the support channel never responds, your best bet is to buy another key and back it up on a flash drive. Anyway you have no proof that you used to have blockland so how is badspot going to give you a key?

Actually i do have proof I have my moms old email that i usually get my key back with but my moms email change like you know cable copany changed and her other email was canceled it still sends the key to her old email but i cant go into it

I know exactly how you feel, I have been trying to get my code back for over 3 months now. However i am not stopping yet. One day i will get it back and laugh in the face of all who opposed me!

You both WILL have to buy a new one unless sufficient proof is given.

If it was cancelled the email does not exist, and that isn't sufficient proof.

This is why you don't use email from companies that will delete your account if you stop paying them. Get an account from something like gmail or hotmail.

Send an email to support@blockland.us describing the problem in as much detail as possible. Be sure to include the current email, and the email you would like it changed to, and as much proof that you are the owner as you can.
