Clan members are expected to wear their uniforms for clan roleplays; they are optional for freebuilds. Skin color and face decal may be changed but otherwise your avatar should look exactly as it appears according to your rank as shown above.

There is the answer to your question, in type 12 font, bolded, and underlined, quoted directly from the vanilla post located directly beneath the officer images under Rankings. It clearly says that "skin color and face decal may be changed..." Additionally, you said "are captains required to be black" in slashed-out letters. So you knew the answer to that question but instead of deleting it you decided to post it anyway.

No one has said anything about Starhawk or Big brother in the thread, it hasn't had any effect. If anything Big Brother wont stop prodding him, Shut up and go to another thread.

Also: Do the boats have to be logically possible or is a futuristic boat acceptable.
