Couldn't they still do something like they did in whatever US Embassy it was (in the 80's I think) where they just drive a truck into somewhere and make it a Self Delete mission?

All I'm saying is that I don't think there's much we can realistically do to stop terrorist attacks. If Al-Qaeda wants to hit us bad enough they probably can. We can obviously react how we did before but it seems like a long game of tug-of-war.
