Now I'm not exactly athletic but I'm not terribly out of shape though. I'm a sophomore at the moment and Wednesday was the day we actually did stuff in PE. Pretty much to break us in, the teacher made us do excruciating activities for the entire period being about an hour and half while it was a good 100+ degrees outside.

Now, I'm not really complaining about the class because nothing's wrong with a little exercise but I didn't really do any stuff during the summer along with pretty much everyone else.

Now almost all the sophomores have trouble walking and I pretty much can't move a single toe without muttering, "forget..." to myself. I'm sore as hell and currently my legs give out at the most random of times and I almost collapse.

On the plus side I've actually been able to finish my eight hours a day worth of World History AP homework so far without having an aneurysm. Go School!

P.S. Seriously though this school is driving me into the ground with work. On a plus side though my 3D Animation class is finally jumping into Autodesk Maya. :D

I missed 2 weeks of practice, and now my Cross Country coach wants us to do a 3 mile competition with people more in-shape then me. And the course sucks.

You should, you know, sit down for a while?

Yeah she definitely has it worse than I do. Not really begging for sympathy, just trying to get some stress of my chest.

I usually do this by talking to The Russian but he's afk. >:V

Stretching helps before you do excruciating activities.

What do you think I'm doing right now? It just makes my ass hurt a lot.

That's actually what caused the initial pain.

Hey. forget you. I weigh 98 pounds and we play football at pe. It's like fighting a tank with a slingshot.

Wanna trade? I'd rather play football than the stuff we did yesterday. I have no idea how I'm going to survive PE tomorrow. Luckily I run a block schedule and didn't have it today.

I meant do it regularly.  Once you ease into the routine, doing hard activities won't hurt as much anymore.

I do plan on jumping on the treadmill once I'm able to walk somewhat normally to get into shape.

Eat a god damn grapefruit, 98 pounds isn't healthy

i've took a liking to running anywhere i see fit, but then my right knee aches when straightened or when I'm trying to sit down

Doing any activity without stretching will make it harder then it really is.
