But come on, he faked identies, trolled the forum by pretending to be japanese, attacked Bisjac by pretending to be him and acting stupid, and using other people's ID's to have full forum access,  attempted to start another fire by having a vore avatar, which counts as adult content and is bannable.
They are just letting him to do anything ban-free.
