Author Topic: I GODDAMN HATE WOOD PENCILS  (Read 1685 times)

Most people on here rage about their mom or dad, but to be honest, all I hate is loving WOODEN PENCILS.

Why? Well they're great because you don't run out of lead but they don't last over a day because they're either going to break or become dull. I could sharpen them, but it just makes the pencil shorter without sharpening it because it either breaks it AGAIN (after the fifth time it did that already) or make one half wood so you have to hold it all weird. I could use an electric sharpener but those are too loud to use in school and I lost the one at home. And I don't have  a mechanical pencil.

They break because people put a bunch of force on them while writing, I usually carry a mechanical one and a wooden one.

I don't like using any pencils

Ugh.... usually for me they break because either it's the crappy brand or the sharpener.

We can only use pens when we jot down notes in our notebook, all of my teachers want worksheets, homework, tests, ect. in pencil.

Pens are soo much better, but for math I have mechanical pencils.

Agreed, plus pens smell better. I don't like the smell of graphite.

You smell you writing.

You're either applying to much pressure or sharping them too much.

Personally I prefer wooden pencils over pens, And I don't really like mechanical pencils.

Ask parents for ride to staples. Buy 4 mechanical pencils for 5 dollars.

Buy 3 refill packs for 3 dollars.

8 dollars now.
A whole lot less pain later.

You smell you writing.
...well when I have a TON of pencil on a page it just smells bad..
Like, if I have a hard worksheet with tons of questions on one page there are scribbles, answers, and erases EVERYWHERE.

Hmm... I say pens are good unless you need to erase stuff, then mechanical pencils are awesome because they don't dull (always sharp), if they break you can click a button and it's back, and as in OP wooden pencils are stuff.

Get up to date with technology.

That's like trying to say you would prefer windows 98 for windows 7

Ball pens are like the second coming of Christ.
