Pictures aren't required because they aren't notable evidence, considering Blockland is moddable and makes images able to be faked easily.

No to all of that stuff. I don't know one person who would randomly make a drama topic and expect people to believe them.

Too bad there are people who have made drama topics without pictures, and everything turning out to be obvious bullstuff.
But most of the time it's just idiots.

When someone makes a drama and has no pictures, there is usually a couple more users who witnessed the same thing and back up the OP.
