To be honest people will remember 9/11 more than the pearl harbor bombing since, unlike the bombing, there's footage of 9/11

Pearl Harbor was in a World War so it could be expected that an attack could happen.
These people were just Innocent people without any war or anything that could even warn of such an attack.
