Asdfg i remember these, i finally found the source.

They were basically little fuzzy guys with big feet that are sticky so you can place them on stuff, like lockers, etc, it was fun to collect them and have them around to charm a room, it would be used for marketing, hospitals, schools and events [which explains why some of them have tags], it was a memorable part of childhood finding these things!
