Shut it down then reboot it. While booting up it should have an option to go into setup.
Find out what key goes there then mash and hold the button the instant the screen telling you which button appears. Keep trying if it doesn't work the first time.
Once in there there should be an option to restore to factory settings.
Done. However all files will be lost.
