And frankly, I did read that stuff about the odds being whatever, but Idk what your definition of that is, so i cant judge it. Your probably right, I can't really think of a good use this would have for the exception of screwing around with it.

I'd code it right now but I'm devoting the next month and a half to working on my gun-edit.

Yes, that would be a serious problem. Adding window glass may require engine changes. The rest sounds pretty simple though, all we would need is a script to:
1. Record absolutely everything that everyone does on the server and everything else that happens, taking into account anything randomized, lag, and the effects of each action.
2. Playback everything seamlessly, constantly checking if things turned out how they did before and if not what caused the disruption and how to deal with it.
