Of course not, you are just very tall and skinny, which is another way of saying lanky.  You probably grow a lot, resulting in a fast-acting metabolism.  You're a garbage disposal that won't put on weight :P

See, you hit puberty late and now you are growing rapidly.  Your body needs food, nutrients, and sleep to grow properly.  Don't worry about it too much, and try to start working out.

You shouldn't do anything crazy, since you are still growing a lot.  Do pushups, crunches, squats, and pullups.  Those are the only 4 exercises a kid needs, honestly.
