This is what I had and its basically wat I have when I'm in school:
Breakfast:
A slice of toast with dairy-free butter
Lunch:
A sandvich (see wat I did there?) With ham and dairy-free cheese.
Some water
Dinner:
Homemade chicken nuggets
Rice
Idk how ur not full unless u have a fast metabolism.
