My dog was barking and when I looked outside, my mom was being arrested right outside my house, I don't know what for yet. She just got back from a party. Probably under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Well obviously she was in the vehicle when he drove her to jail, or else she would of just been cuffed and abandoned.
The title does say arrested.

no he was cuffed to the car door so he is dragging on the road and luckily he had a mobile internet device to inform us about it

You realize it says "My mom was arrested" not "I was cuffed and left on the side of the road hurr"

If your mom was arrested and you're only 15 I'm pretty sure they have to take you to a relatives or something. Maybe I'm wrong. :|
