Author Topic: My throat hurts agagag  (Read 786 times)

Before you start reading, notice that I should be asleep hours ago, so don't expect me to say anything that actually makes sense; I'll fix it tomorrow or something, whatever.

So;

This started this morning, as I woke up I noticed slight pain in my throath.
A few hours later I started coughing like hell. You know, normal people cough like *cough*; I sound like AGHAGHAHAAHH. It feels like having a headgehog or something in my throat. I have fever and I feel so loving dizzy. I can't even walk properly. Every time I try to swallow something, it hurts even more. Now here's the catch;

this happens to me every forgetnig month or so.

What should I do? :c

TL;DR: forget you, It's not that much, read it.

Take a flashlight, go to a mirror, open wide, and shine the flashlight into the mirror and reflect it into your open mouth. If the back of your throat looks red, it's a post-nasal drip. Happens with allergies and colds. If it has white spots and redness, it's most likely strep throat. Go to the doctor for a prescription.

Or have someone check the back of your throat for you. What ever is more convenient.

This can also be caused by exposure to mold. Make sure there is no mold in your room or around the house in corners or along the edges of a room.

stick a vacuum up your nose at night.

Now look for your pulse on your neck and rub around that area. If you have pain, you lymph nodes are inflamed. Just to be on the safe side, go to the doctor and let him check what's happening. I'm not qualified to give a diagnosis, especially over the Internet.

Drink a bottle of cough syrup. Don't listen to the warning labels. They're only there as a filler.

Drink 2-3 cups of water before sleeping

I've had this problem too, but the simple task of drinking lots of water before sleeping solves it. Don't come complaining to me though when you piss your bed.
