Additionally, websites with generic URLs like that are typically just scams. Like "Stockmarketsecrets.com" or something.

I did it with totally bogus info and it seemed moderately legit.
Until I got to the end and it said "Thank you. You will contacted by schools that match your criteria."

So basically it's either a scam site or it just throws your application en masse to various "game design" schools.

I don't like how many video gamers think they'd be able to go into video game design and be successful on top of the millions of other gamers that want to do it. If you do make it, congratulations. Otherwise you could always just end up being the actual developer and making the game.
