Author Topic: Good golly gosh i can't sleep rightaaaaa  (Read 614 times)

I can actually sleep well, the problem is a i can't motivate myself to go to bed because i'm not tired(by that i mean i can't motivate myself to get up and move onto my bed because my body hates me), but i could sleep. I also can't seem to just fall asleep, i have to put effort into it. it's 3:23AM and i could have been in bed at like, 9PM yesterday. and now my sleeping schedule is going to be broken to hell.

what can i do to knock me out cold and make me sleep at a regular time? i did try this dream water stuff but it tasted like poisonous apple juice and good god it was terrible. made me sleep worse

shut off the computer one hour before you want to go to sleep and do other stuff like reading books

If you have a habit of looking at TV screens and such for prolongued times, get off of it 20 minutes before you go to bed, and then should help.
