Author Topic: Who here remembers VHS? (Read 2500 times)

My god. Earlier I had found my old VCR thing and a few movies that I used to love.
I opened one of these Christian movies (back when I was a christcigarette I loved these movies) and put it in the VCR I was pissed when I realized that the movie was at the credits. At first I tried to find a menu button to go back to the start, then I remembered that I had to actually had to wait while the movie was rewinding.
After the movie was finished, I pressed the eject button but somehow the VHS got jammed. It took me 10 minutes to get it out of the machine.

So yeah, does anyone Remember these things? I'm actually hoping that quite a few of you won't, so I can feel special.

Our kids won't even know what the hell a DVD player was. Much less a VHS.

I got tons of VHS tapes. Dogma, 101 Dalmations, Lion King, Home Alone 3.

I have a ton of different VHS tapes, mostly lame disney movies. I wish there was a way to rip the good ones though.

I was going to watch the lion king, but I think I broke the player :(

I don't see how you can't remember VHS.

I still have plenty of these things lying around, a few of the good Disney movies too, but I don't think we have a VCR anymore, sadly.
