How do you get rid of pains

I have really bad pins and needles in my foot. It hurts really bad, I cant even move it with out it hurting.
what should i do to get rid of them?

Also, my knee is really swore, and swollen. anything i could do to make it hurt less, or to make it stop hurting?
and dont say amputate it

If you have trouble standing at times, or get very lightheaded when you stand up, you probably have poor circulation like me.  Just lie down on your bed or something, so long as your legs don't have pressure on them you wont get pain.
