Author Topic: Any good Netbook laptops.  (Read 983 times)

Honestly, I would love to have a little netbook for traveling around and whatnot, because a DSi and an iPod touch don't cut it. Plus a lot of other purposes for school next semester.  By a good one, I don't mean one that can run every game on max specs, because like that'll ever happen. I would like to know of one that has a fast processor, so I don't have to put up with slow programs.

Most thing I'd run are pretty low power at best, like Steam (No games).
A lot of Adobe stuff.
If possible, can run Source games at med-low quality.
oh, and lots of battery.

Price range - meh, anywhere between $200-$400

My cousin has a Toshiba Netbook. Those are good.

Even though it's a review, it said don't expect too much multitasking. I'd be doing a lot of that.

A netbook that can run source games under 400 bucks?
that's tough.

Stick with Asus netbook solutions or perhaps HP if they still do them.

If possible. I'm not big on detail level either mind you.

netbooks are for the net. not for running adobe software and playing games of any sort besides flash games.
