Morally, yes.
Legally, not yet.So you want to ban alchohol?
No, but being drunk and driving is illegal.

Pop a cap in that brothers ass yo

in 10th grade a kid asked to borrow my pencil. he stuffed a cigarette with it.

after this kid took these drugs he started messing around and drooling and stuff. Lol

>Implying their school is a freeway
>Implying they were driving
>Implying the kid doing drugs hit this kid
>Implying this kid died.

If the forgeter was drunk and he drove, at that point he WAS doing something loving stupid. This kid was in class and he snorted some pill. a bad place to do it, sure, but is it something to be concerned about if you weren't affected? No.

You didn't bring anything new into the debate though. That kid could still hit you, your mother or your dog in ten years with a car.

as long as he's not doing crack or heroin and stuff he's golden
if he is doing harmful substances, yeah you should report that to the proper authorities

The forgeted up thing is that you can never report someone anonymously in school. I tried that stuff once, and they called me up into the office, then had me sit next to the kid I told on. Then the motherforgeter(Principal) had the nerve to ask me if their was any evidence, because they couldn't find the item on the person I accused.

At my school, you go up principals office and make the complaint. He then says, you're anonymous and the person will never know.

but you just said that's not what happened

but you just said that's not what happened

No, when did I say that? In order to make the claim I was making, as it involved a knife. I had to sign a long ass release form, in which I signed my name, and had to give the school permission to call me into the office for further questioning IF NECESSARY. If no further questions were needed, then I would remain anonymous to the student. Of course, when they called the kid in, he denied it. They searched him, and he didn't have the knife with him. So I got sent up into the office, the kid had called me a liar and now I was about to be suspended for making false accusations. TRUE loving STORY :(
