And here is the same exact video, except not zoomed in or mirrored. You can tell it's not the other side of the building because the opposite side of WTC7 had a terrace in it and it's built at an angle, so the video had to have been mirrored. I have no idea why it was mirrored though.

Unless the Rockefeller's got together with the Illuminati and the Masons to build a separate mirrored image building and blow it up and release the fake video (like they did with the moon landing) to make everyone think truthers are idiots (not that we needed any help, thank you) and draw them away from the government conspiracy... Well there's a lot of things that can make explosions sounds and it's hard to pick them out from a video. Concrete doesn't bend, it has a low tensile strength, so when it fails it might make a popping/cracking sound that sounds like an explosion. Electrical systems will catch on fire and can explode. Water pipes will burst as well, not to mention gas pipes! There were lots of cars exploding around WTC7 as well, since there was pretty much fire everywhere and you can see the street full of burned out and exploded cars in video of the area. NYC is also heated by district heating, so steam pipes probably exploded when they were punctured or otherwise damaged. If the building had emergency backup batteries or a generator, they could have exploded if they caught on fire. Also any kind of fuel tanks would have exploded.
