Taskbar shows up in full screen?

Well the topic pretty much explains the problem. In full screen mode I still have my Windows task bar showing. It only started doing it after 1.03.

Right click> Unclick "Lock the Taskbar"

It is unclicked. It only started doing this after 1.03 came out.

Well it obviously didn't work if I already had that, dur!

It has nothing to do with 1.03.  I've had this happen randomly in other games, random VB apps that I've written, windows media player, even loving visual studio.  Microsoft sucks.

Ok, but it doesn't do it any other torque game...so I just have to deal with it? =/
