no i didnt steal a copy, i bought it dumbass, the unlock key i got in an email from the blockland staff, it allowed me to unlock the full version, when you download the game you cant go online, when you run it in free mode it asks for a code, i bought the game and got a code emailed, i inputted it, ok....i---bought---the---game---!

anyway, i know its not itself a virus, but avg detected a viral threat, i sent it to the virus vault and then found online that there is no virus, so i released it, as in removed it from the virus vault so it was restored, but when i tried to run it, it came up with:

C:/Users/George/Desktop/Stuff i want to keep/Blockland_19.exe is not a valid win32 Application.

i havent tried uninstalling it and reinstalling the latest, but im going to try it now (as in 18/09/2011 is when im trying it if anyones wondering.... T_T)


please if the reinstallation fails ill put an update reply on here, but i need a solution, if you can help ill be much abliged!

It is not possible for Blockland to become a virus by connecting to a game.  Whatever problem you're having is unrelated to Blockland.

Cheers badspot, im going to reinstall blockland, if the problem represents itself a second time AFTER reinstallation im going to write the addons i really want down, and then wipe all blockland data, and then reinstall it, if it only persists when blockland is installed, im not saying you somehow got a virus in the blockland files or someone has put a virus in one of their addons, but do you have any recommendations to solve it?

uhm...as the subject suggests...i kinda succeeded, i reinstalled, i found out there was like a ghost copy of blockland that had been modified illegally (not as in the police would arrest me for having it, but because it modified the game, like cheats, sort of illegal) and so i wiped all blockland data apart from the remnants which cant be deleted, and reinstalled, i got the email code and punched it in, it worked but when i went to join a server....for some reason it came up with "C++ Runtime Error!"
can someone help me solve this error, ive gone onto google and punched it in, but im wondering if anyone else got this, or has had it?

man, has anything like this happened before on blockland, as in some kind of virus protection detects a fake virus inside a blockland file, and/or a C++ Runtime Error.....

also if i have blockland with the same code installed on both my netbook (small version of laptop) and my pc at the same time, can i do that lan thing where theres two players of the same name in one server, so my brother can play with me on a server, without  buying the game a second time




so in short,

my netbook - connected to example server, with name: "Example_Lyons"
my pc - connect to same server, with name: "Example_Lyons"

same BL_ID....would that work????

Blockland,according to Kaspersky,is related PDM.Keylogger,which isn't a virus
Second of all,
Something else is a virus.

Yes. You can use the same key on as many computers as you want, as long as they're all in the same house. And yes, all of those computers can be online at the same time.
