Not quite...

Not quite...

Actually, he's partially correct.

I've spent a good amount of time today very seriously contemplating whether or not I should shut down my clan right here and now. Very few people still post here on a regular basis, and with good reason: we're not doing anything. Whenever we try to do anything, it never goes anywhere because nobody is motivated enough to do it. This current project, this video, isn't going anywhere because Eksi seems to have either forgotten about it or simply isn't motivated enough to discuss it further with me. I don't blame him, though. It is also becoming more apparent to me that both Mak and myself are becoming increasingly more busy in real life, what with college and jobs, not to mention finals at the moment. I, myself, simply don't have much time at all to put more into my clan. I've been planning to close the clan when I go to college next year, but it seems I'll have to do so before then.

Trust me, this isn't an easy decision to make.

However, Skip has volunteered to take over the clan for me. I would gladly say yes, but there is a problem with that: it doesn't seem like there is much interest in this clan anymore, and a clan can't be a clan if the only person/people interested is/are the clan leader(s).

Trying to do a large project such as this proposed video when very few people actually want to do it is impossible. And frankly, if nobody wants to do this video project, nobody will want to do Krypt Manor. I know what the loving poll says, it doesn't matter, I can guarantee you that next to nobody will actually have the motivation to start on it, and if they do, they won't have the motivation to finish it.

I will be discussing Krypt's near future with Mak, TopHat, and Skip in the coming days, and we will come to a decision. Expect removal of members who are inactive in the slightest.

basically, in laments terms: everybody.

i was actually thinking of volunteering for taking over, but then i realized that nobody here is motivated enough to give a rats ass and plant bricks, event lines, and be creative for once in their lives.

i'm sorry to say this but, it's best if Krypt just gets put to rest.

I would vote to keep the clan "active" if only to have a topic to post in.

Well, the joke was that he made that post over a year and a half ago.

Also, I feel as though the "Great Age" of Blockland has faded...

Also, I feel as though the "Great Age" of Blockland has faded...
You know what this calls for? A paint brown townogy!

Think of the Blockland Forums as a newly painted red wall in a living room. It's bright and vibrant for many years, but over time, the light from the windows begin to fade it until it's not so great anymore.

After even more time, the paint starts to chip off in small pieces. Those missing bits are then filled in with an annoying new red that just doesn't match the old one. The wall will never be the same until all the old paint is gone and it covered over with the new paint, which doesn't look so bad anymore.

The "Great Age" is over for us, but is starting for others.

On a lighter note, I'm an Umbreon:

I had no intention of even considering removing you from the clan. You're our latest member and I have every ounce of faith that you're still active.

lets build a spaceship!

lets build a spaceship!
I want to build a spaceship now... But since the failed attempts of Infinia I through VI, I can't build one on my own.

Listen to my song you guys: Song3.mid - 0.01MB
That midi software has been sitting on my computer for ages, I only decided to try it out, literally, a day ago. The file above is the piano part of a song that will eventually consist of 2-3 instruments.
