i never get the info theres not enough
there's plenty, if anything, too much

now then, why do you want it all to be single bricks, what's so bad about building it yourself instead of getting custom things?

Okay. Let me explain why this will not happen.

It is not laziness. It is because it'd be:

1) Probably too difficult considering BLB is a really bloody confusing thing to do, especially for things as dynamic as this.

2) They only have real use for one kind of build, so it'd be pretty silly to make.

3) Some of those parts are massive.

4) Again, they're too elaborate.

5) You can make most of these out of bricks you have anyways.

Also, to talk about him having "0 scripting experience,"
It's completely possible to learn to script, possibly even learn to script well, in maybe a month or two, just using video tutorials and looking at scripts.
I'll admit to not being all that motivated, but if you really want all these Halo things, why don't you just give them a try yourself and understand why people aren't likely to make these.

i never get the info theres not enough

WHAT.
Listen, there's a search bar, a general mod help, coding help, modification discussion.
There's plenty of info, there, and there is google.

There's PLEEENTY of material to teach you to script. Go learn yourself or you're the lazy one.
