Classical music has been around for many, many centuries, and is considered not just a music genre, but an art in itself. There are millions of pieces of music that have been composed over millenia that would be considered Classical, and there are so many different types and sections of Classical music, that it appeals to almost everyone that really pays attention to it. Some people, more commonly nowadays think that Classical music is dying/dead, and that is definitely not true. "Popular" music is only a passing fad, where a song will be played and performed by musical groups usually for only a decade at most, but Classical music arrangements will last forever.

There are many different types of classical music, and if you try listening to it, you WILL find at least 5 pieces that never fail to make your soul just feel at rest, for classical music is a soothing, calming genre of music. Not only can it do this, but there are also pieces that depict many different emotions and scenes. Classical music is played with so many different instruments, I can't name them all. the instruments I play that would be commonly found in a classical arrangement include Clarinet, Bassoon, acoustic guitar, and tuba. Thousands of classical musicians over the ages have conducted and written many different, yet unique pieces that will last throughout the ages. Soem of these composers/groups include Bach, Beethoven, The Vienna Boychoir, Paganini,  The Cleveland Orchestra, Rachmaninoff, Mozart, and much, much more. I made a playlist of some incredible pieces that I highly suggest you listen to. They are all amazing pieces that will amaze you with there simple yet beautiful, melodic music.

Discuss Classical music!

I appreciate Classical music a lot because I used to sing in the Ohio Boychoir, and I play many different instruments. I grew up listening to beautiful music that really enriched my life, and it helped my with everything.

fuk dat rap is where its at

In all seriousness, Classical music is my second most favorite genre of music. <3

It's probably the best genre of music ever, even though I don't particularly like it. It's because classical, baroque, etc. all have very intricate and well-though harmonical elements that take musical geniuses to write. Basically I'm trying to say classical is complex and took real effort to make.

YES! Very melodic, and such a beautiful tenor voice! Thats a rare talent, to have that kind of a voice(it even sounds a bit nasal, which makes singing like that extremely difficult.)

Here's my favorite song by my favorite choir. I know all the words, and remember the voices like that of the choir I used to perform in.
