Author Topic: Avatar size limitation?  (Read 1293 times)

My lovey hot new gif avatar has the correct resolution of 75x75 pixels but when I try to upload it the board gives me an error that the file is too large. So how many megabytes can my gif have? Is there a limit on the frames? Lenght?

Quote from: An Error Has Occurred!
Your attachment couldn't be saved. This might happen because it took too long to upload or the file is bigger than the server will allow.

Please consult your server administrator for more information.

it basically tells you to send a message to Badspot

And Baddy never answers to any contact attempts.

Wow thats cool! what did you use to make?

The file may need to be under 192kb.  Try this version where I reduced it to 64 colors:
