Moving Blockland to a different computer.....?

My Windows XP desktop BSOD's (blue screen of death: a blue screen after an error is detected on the computer.) for whatever reason because of BL. So I am wondering if I install BL on my laptop and enter the key after uninstalling it from my desktop if Badspot will deactivate the key for using it twice. Is it possible because my desktop has 17 GB of precious pictures, so I dont want to lose them. Will it work?
