I was sitting down with the computer in my lap.
I stood up.
I stretched.
I walked over to the door.
next thing you know, Im in pain for a few seconds in my left knee, my right ankle, my forehead, and my left thumb. I walk out to the living room and ask my dad if he heard a banging noise.

when I get up from a computer, it's usually to do something
I want to do it quickly, otherwise I would just wait to do it
I rarely even have the lightheaded feeling when I do it
