and the PC manafactor says its and 8200 when its a 9200

For a netbook its fine Zuero, I'm pretty sure eMachines does a lot of portable cheap computers. Relative to non-netbook devices, its not good man. Lolol.

1. His CPU quite honestly sucks. It's a first generation Phenom, the architecture sucks. It's not even comparable to the earlier Core2Duos. They really forgeted up with those first Phenoms.
2. The 9200 sucks ass. It's a low-end card from many years ago. He'd be lucky to even launch recent games.
3. The 4250 is better than the 9200. Approximately 2.5 times better.
Also it's newer so will support more.
