Author Topic: New Computer- Problem with drivers n stuff  (Read 627 times)

Hay. I recently acquired a computer from my uncle, custom built because he works for some computer company and makes badass computers so much better than mine. But it ran on Ubuntu because he didn't use it for games, even though it has massive gaming potential as a windows pc compared to my current one. So KREATION used WINDOWS INSTALL DISK on wild COMPUTER and now windows is installed as the default OS.

BUT WAIT
A CHALLENGER APPEARS

And that challenger is forgeted up driver installation.
Currently my internet/ethernet driver is not installed, so i can't connect to the interbutts to update it. My graphics card is outdated, and my sound card is apparently non-existant, even though i can still hear alert sounds. it worked when it ran ubuntu.

So what do i do? :C

1. Download drivers onto flash drive from another computer.
2. Install them onto your new computer.
3. ???
4. Profit

The problem is i currently only know what kind of Graphic card i have on it.
I already have the G-card files on my flash drive, ready to be transferred.
