How do I fix my ping?

Pretty forgeted up thing to say, but I had a good Ping rate before until now. I tried " Disable UPnP " that didn't work, everything is basicly normal and I don't know what the hell is wrong. Can I have some help here?

I pretty much did everything I could, I even tried port forwarding and deleting some add-ons. I always get ---.

Only my friend can, we were sitting in the server for 2 hours until I discovered no one can join.

Alright, found something new.
Servers with --- but with player limit (e.g 1/10, 1 is host) can still be connected to.
Mine has --- with 0/20.

Most people view servers with the ping filter meaning they see the servers with the lowest ping at the top of the list. They're most likely to join those over one at the very bottom of the list because they see them first.

If your friend was able to join then your ping is fine. The --- only appears because your server isn't being pinged, which doesn't matter.
