The last update fixed slayer.

So it works now.

But how will we use the gamemode extensions now, and how do we make sure it has our add-ons loaded?
Good.

What do you mean? Just use them like normal, in the Custom gamemode.

Hey Greek2me, in the documentation there are these client functions which have the same name but a different function.
forceEquip(%slot,%item) is in there 2 times.
Doesn't it have to be forceAdd(%slot,%item) and forceEquip(%slot,%item) ?

is there a way to disable showing team changes in chat, like

im_afk has joined players

i need to know so I can try and alter ahead of time

Hey my auto-Slayer game-mode shows but not the little Slayer box in the minigames? Basically saying; it starts up my usual slayer game-type "Assassin DM" but i don't have access to my slayer menu! And I can't join the minigame either...

They are the same, I just added it twice by mistake. ForceEquip just adds an item to the player in the specified slot.

It's been discussed but there are problems with it centering properly on the brick.

I suggested it awhile ago and you even acknowledged it -- it's very important to fix it as it severely degrades the quality of CTF.

It's been a long time that this important change needed to be done.

Also, while we are on the subject of CTF, here are my suggestions:

-Different Flag models per team (This is mostly for use with custom flag models)(I'm asking because for my Bugs vs Humans CTF, I would like the bugs to have an "egg" flag, while the humans have a briefcase flag)

-Enable/disable for the "must posses both flags to cap" feature (I believe I posted about this some pages ago, just not as a suggestion)

-Manual flag return when recapturing a friendly flag (ie. you pick up your own flag and return it to a friendly flag spawn)


I am working on the last 2 suggestions. I won't do the first one because it would complicate things and at least double the datablock count.

Why not an actual flag mounted to the back of the player's body?
