You should try it, though. If you have a stuffty drawing skill, then all it needs is some practice.

Or you can watch a drawing tutorial.

A simple pen tablet is like $60. I got an Bamboo Fun tablet (~$150), however I found out that they are awkward to draw on. I recommend just getting a simple Pen or Pen and Touch tablet.
