In general, capital punishment is a waste.
Just make them do forced labour for the rest of there lives.
Soviets got the grasp of that idea.
They sent criminals off to hard labour camps and stuff.

Capital Punishment is for people who have nothing in this world and life sentences would be a waste of space in jail. These are people with no chance of reforming and are completely mentally ill. It's better than being tortured in a gulag.
