America also has many more people and a weaker economy than Sweden, therefore more of our citizens need to eat cheap by getting fast food. The situations are completely different.

My school has about 1200 people attending it. Out of that many, there's only about 20 that I would consider "fat". You probably have never been to the united states or had first hand experiences of American obesity. No, wikipedia does not count as a first hand experience.
