No, that would be the schedule limit which caps how many events can run at once (not sure if this is per player or server wide). The limit for how many events can be written to a single brick is 100, it might be possible to break this by save editing but I wouldn't recommend it hah.

I think you'll find for anyone that events builds for fun, 60 events doesn't get very far. In fact its only just over half the capacity a single brick will take. The only reason 3 to 10 events per brick is so common is because most people don't take the time to utilize the event system properly.

OP should definitely venture out more, if 60 events got this far there is plenty of potential for much longer movie reels.

I think 100 lines are way too few for one brick :( It should be way more.

Fraps for the recording (the free version, which is why is kind of glitched a little at the end)
and windows live movie maker to edit.

If anybody made a longer one, I thought it'd be Icy, since he's one of the more experienced eventers in Bl. But I'm sure he's busy, I might try to make a longer one within several days  if I get time.
