If you released that skybox there would be a sudden influx of Halo maps and shtuff. As awesome as it is, I would recommend just sharing it with friends or letting other people make their own. I don't think it would be too hard to be honest, I saw th textures in that topic and it seems simple enough for an experienced mapper. Just my two cents.
Anyways ... it looks pretty awesome. I wouldn't be surprised if you made some Halo maps yourself, you've got enough experience.
