I just came upon a highly convenient ONLINE icon maker.

I've used it to make icons for my programs and other stuff, and I thought people could use it to make profile pics.

I looked and there seemed to also be a better downloadable version. (Gives you more pixels.)

Also, try clicking the transparent texture below the colors. Then paint that back over mistakes.
