When I get it, I'm getting it for Xbox. The limit of my technological competence is knowing that I can press Windows key+L to lock my computer.
Xbox players are like Communists--everyone gets the same thing, and nobody's console is better than anybody else's.

I think there are only decapitations with a certain perk, no regular combat gore like in Fallout 3 and NV from what I know :(

Hold down "E" to pick up items in the world. and left click and hold the mouse button over the object to rotate them.

The left click doesn't wanna work to rotate in my inventory.

Decapitations, yes. Not sure about other limb dismemberment though.

Just enter magical V.A.T.S. (in the Destruction school of magic) and pick off your enemy's testicles in a volley of magically-propelled arrows while he conveniently freezes for you.
