I've found M'aiq the Liar in Skyrim. Given he's been in Morrowind and Oblivion, that makes him very, very old. Unless Skyrim's M'aiq was an offspring of Morrowind and Oblivion's M'aiq.

its eeeasssy to get dwarven ingots

all that scrap you find in ruins smelts into ingots. multiple ingots. the solid dwarven metal smelts into 5 ingots.
