It's called an Austrian accent you dumb forget.

I know it's Austrian  but what are they doing in skyrim, it hardly needs large, burly men. And I never said I didn't like the game, the game is loving amazing. I'm just upset that I can't play it for more than a few hours because there are no smooth accents, only nords and Americans, with the occasional talking dog.

I also noticed you can't forge it (at least not yet, being lvl 25 smithing and all)

A good set of armor will do you more good than some random companion.
