I stopped using UESP because even after a week of the game coming out none of their articles had any information and the wikia had stuffloads

UESP seems to be more of an Elder Scrolls fanatic place, where as Wikia is a well known site for various subjects and as such people would give it notice before anything so specific.

The content on UESP is constantly monitored by hardcore TES fans, so over time the information becomes incredibly solid and reliable.

Can I leave items I don't immediately need but want to keep in container's of people's houses and come back later to retrieve them? Because I need to drop some weight, but I also want this stuff for later when I buy a house. I'd leave it in that Riverwood uncle guy's house.

This.

I do not know if it's safe to drop items in houses, but I've heard that items dropped in the world never disappear. Cities too, I think.

So I can't leave it in anyone's house, but I can leave it outside... I don't like the possibility of some AI knocking it around and having to search a town wide area for it. Damn.

Most of the time when you drop objects in the city, NPCs will ask you if you will them have it, or 2 NPCs may even fight over it.

lol I love the modding community.

i think it can be left in the riverwood relative's house, I'm pretty sure that those houses are pretty much your house with other people living in them.
I say relative in reference to either Ralof or Hadvar's relative

By that logic, where's the "Imma firin' ma lazar" face edit for Dragon Shouts?

Demian says chests reset, so I'd have to leave it on the floor. But he thinks it won't stay inside buildings.

Only some chests reset, like the ones in dugongs and outside.

DUGONGS  :cookieMonster:

The only safe place to store items are in chests you own.

I set out a bunch of crap in Hod and Sigrid's house, not in containers. Nothing very useful, but that I might use sometime.

I was testing out commands with Faendal, and he killed Stump. :panda: Didn't think he'd accept it.

Edit: Oh God. Then Embry immediately looted Stump, so I chased him down (He started running) and smacked him with my warhammer. Then Faendal left me as a follower and everyone was pissed.

Edit2: Just realized reloading a clean save doesn't turn off ones like god mode. I should load a save from before I did that.

This says I didn't screw up my achievements, but still worried. Didn't mean to play my legitimate save with cheats on.

IT DOESN'T AFFECT ACHIEVEMENTS i'm sure of it

caps was unintentional by the way and I don't feel like fixing it even though typing this is more effort than retyping that.

I don't think I'll reload the save. I'm still right near the start, and I only fought like 6 people who were influential.

Or should I load a save from when I was sure I wasn't cheating?

Great. crashes every 2 minutes. On the first release version too.
