Yes, it's a Little Sister Vent from BioShock. The design of the thing I found in Skyrim made no sense otherwise, but I'll accept coincidence if someone could explain. Also, I noticed a detail in that video you posted. He says Skyrim will automatically install mods when it starts. But how will it handle mods that have to install in certain orders? (Off Topic: The video showed Macho Dragon!)

I see the patch is out, but not the kit? Bethesda I am dissapoint.

The SKSE for 1.4.8 (which also works for 1.4.21, officially stated) also seems to work for 1.4.21.0.4. Even tiny changes between versions can break stuff, but so far I see nothing. Use that with the new version. There will probably be a proper SKSE update soon you can overwrite this version with later anyway. But things work fine with it.
